Home Modifications Consent Form (Landlord, Strata or Over 55’s Village properties)
When home modifications are required to a rental property, strata property, or property in an over 55s village, Hunter Home Modifications requires the landlord, strata organisation, or village to complete a Home Modification Consent Form (see below) for HHM to provide a quote and complete the work.
